Description

RECOVERY - IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN 8(a) SOLE SOURCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO RANDOLPH TECHNOLOGY, INC., 544 O'NEAL FERRY ROAD, TOWNVILLE, SC 29689. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The contractor shall complete 100% design, construct, deliver and warranty the final end product in accordance with the statement of work provided in the solicitation. Work shall include but is not limited to the following areas: The HVAC System repairs shall include replacement of air handlers, oil fired heaters with air conditioning coil, supply/return grilles, ventilation ductwork, update of current electrical areas associated with the service bay, install duct smoke detectors, and tie back to a new firm alarm system. Pursuant to section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)), and in accordance with 13 CFR 124.1-1(c) and FAR 19.8, the Small Business Administration has accepted this requirement on behalf of Randolph Technology, Inc.
