Description

Sole Source Justification The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to the University of California-Davis Campus, Davis, CA 95616. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 13.106-1. The contractor shall, unless otherwise specified, collaborate with the CDC for the collection of individual and pooled urine and blood samples for CDC perchlorate analysis as part of Perchlorate Aeroject Exposure Assessment. The University of California have the experience and expertise on the subject matter. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms that believe they can provide the services are encourated to identify themselves and give a written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to competed this proposed action is based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
