- Solicitation IQC09064009036 will contain 2 sole source part-numbered items manufactured by Draeger Safety, Inc; CAGE 53833. Application/ End Item Application: Air Gas Analyzer. This requirement is being solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be solicited as Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. The NSNs, Part numbers and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are available upon request. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not therefore request for such data should not be submitted to the DSCR-VABA. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN to be considered for award. Any items included in the solicitation that are later determined to be competitive will be removed from the solicitation prior to award. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, Delivery Schedule 30 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is estimated at April 6, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
