Description: THIS NOTICE IF PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION'S IDIQ 8(A) PROGRAM. This procurement is for the complete renovation of the Greenhill Barn (Project No. 0970106) and the replacement of roof and doors at the Waller Barn (Project No. 0970104). The North American Industry Code (NAICS) is 236220 and the annual size standard is $33.5 million. The estimated value of this procuement is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. It is the intent of the Smithsonian Institution to award a firm fixed price construction contract to the offeror whose price is most advantageous. A single or multiple awards will be made from this solicitation whichever is in the best interest of the Smithsonian Institution. Davis Bacon Wages in effect for Warren County, VA, will prevail.
