- This is a combined synopsis for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only written quotations will be accepted. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 811310. This solicitation is for Atlas CopCo GA75W Air compressor preventative service. This RFQ contains one (1) line item. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 Atlas CopCo GA75W Air compressor preventative service. See attached performance work statement The period of performance shall be one (1) year from the effective date of the subject award. The service will be performed on air compressors located in buildings 789, 790, and 791 of the 1st Maintenance at Langley AFB VA. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and contractors must be registered in ORCA, Online Representations and Certifications. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The following clauses fall under paragraph b of FAR 52.212-5 apply, to include: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.225-1, 52.232-33, 52.222-41, 52.222-42. Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause 5352.201-9101 ombudsman. The clause 5352.242-9000 access to base. The clause at DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests, applies to this solicitation. The clause at DFARS 252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Reports, applies to this solicitation. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW 13.106-2. Award will be made to the responsible offer or whose quote/offer represents the best value in terms of technical capability of item(s) offered to meet the government need and price. Quotes must be submitted by 23 March 2009, 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST) electronically to Mr. Benjamin A. Wells, Contract Specialist, at benjamin.wells@langley.af.mil.
