- RFQ - Page 2 RFQ Page 1 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Petersburg located in Hopewell, Virginia intends to issue solicitation RFQ-11411-0034, for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence-Bread Orders will be FOB Destination, orders will be placed by food service department to be delivered two times per week, starting April 1, 2009. Deliveries will be made to the FCC Petersburg, 1100 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The Contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate-which ever is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitationwill be made available on or about March 18, 2009, and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipatated date for receipt of quotes is March 27, 2009. The Governemt reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase card. Each offer is required per52.212-3 to complete their respresentations and certifications via the on-line Presentations and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All potential offerors must beregistered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at http://ccr.gov.
