- The US Army Aviation and Missile Command issues a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation Number W31P4Q-09-Q-0016 for the acquisition of: NOUN: Design and Installation of Compressed Air Supply System and on-site training on system maintenance and operation, QTY: 1 each. Complete Statement of Work (SOW) requirements and coordinated site visit request can be obtained by contacting Oksana Joye, Contract Specialist, at oksana.joye@us.army.mil. Required delivery is within one (1) year after contract award with inspection/acceptance at destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52-212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252-232-7003, 252-212-7001 applies to this solicitation. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
