- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEBSITE (www.fbo.gov). Provide all personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision and other items and services necessary to perform janitorial services at Little Goose Dam, located on the Snake River in Columbia County, Washington. The work will include, but is not limited to, general janitorial services such as mopping, sweeping, stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming and spot cleaning floors; dusting, furniture cleaning, window cleaning, restroom cleaning, and cleaning of kitchen appliances. This contract is a fixed-price, performance-based service contract where desired outcomes are defined and measured while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. The intent is to have a base year with four option years. Proposals will be evaluated on criteria indicated in the solicitation. See Statement of Work for additional information. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5 Million. Solicitation is SET ASIDE FOR HUBZONE. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
