Solicitation is for 180 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 225 days After Receipt of Order. Approved source are: Airborne Systems North America, CAGE 05QR4, Mills Mfg. Corp, CAGE 02693, FXC Corp., CAGE 56600 and Northrop Grumman, CAGE 77646. Part Number 94453-509. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is April 07, 2009 and the closing date is May 07, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
