- SF1449 wage determination site plan Grounds Maintenance Colville National Forest Supervisors Office REQUEST FOR QUOTES GROUNDS MAINTENANCE COLVILLE NATONAL FOREST RFQ AG-05GG-S-09-0024 The USDA Forest Service, Colville National Forest intend to procure Grounds Maintenance for the Supervisors Office This Solicitation, No. AG-05GG-S-09-0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 115310 with a size standard of $6.5 million. Both simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) and Acquisition of Commercial Item (FAR Part 12) methods will be used in determining the award of this requirement. Purpose: The purpose of this work is to provide grounds maintenance for the Colville National Forest Supervisor Office. The Contractor shall provide for all supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to administer and perform the requirement in accordance with these specifications. Quotes must be received by this office no later than 3:30 pm on April 10, 2009. They may be mailed to: Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, 215 Melody Lane, Wenatchee, WA 98801, Attn: Elaine Paladino. The solicitation number should be on the envelope. Quotes may be faxed to 509-664-9281, or hand carried to the address above. Pricing for Option Years Option Years shall include all escalation of costs for equipment, materials and incidentals, except for labor costs in accordance with FAR Clause 52.222-43, Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Act-Price Adjustment (Multiple Year and Option Contracts) (Nov 2006). Options: The contract also has a maximum of two one-year options to renew. If the options are exercised by the Government, the Period of Performance will be extended as follows: Option I is October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010; Option II is October 1, 2010 through September 20, 2011. All quotes must be returned to this office by close of business on April 10, 2009.
