Automated Best Value System will apply: award will be based on price offered and past performance. Solicitation ISSUE DATE is 04/08/09. Solicitation closes on 05/08/09. Estimated annual demand quantity for base year is 600. The GM for the Base year is 300 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 1000. Surge is not requirement for this procurement.
