- PR No.: 0020773038 NSN: 5985-01-0679137. This item is an Antenna approved sources Microwave Engineering Corp (06351) p/n C390-291, Northrop Grumman Systems (29616) p/n 312350-2, and Tecom Industries, Incorp. (52791) p/n 312350-2. The procurement agency has data adequate data for evaluation purposes, but limited rights apply. Form DD254 is applicable. The offeror needs to provide only its data for evaluation. Notes 25. Information submitted should be pertinent and specific in the technical area under consideration, on each of the following qualifications: (1) Experience: An outline of previous projects, specific work previously performed or being performed and any in-house research and development effort; (2) Personnel: Name, professional qualifications and specific experience of scientist, engineers and technical personnel who may be assigned as a principal investigator and/or project officer; (3) Facilities: Availability and description of special facilities required to perform in the technical areas under consideration. A statement regarding industry security clearance. Any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. ; 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. ; However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. ; Total contract quantity 78 each; to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 required delivery in full in 180 days after date of award. Various increments solicited from 1 to 9, 10 to 19, 20 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 69, and 70 to 80. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance Destination. All shipments are to be CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Unrestricted not set aside for small business.. This RFP is solicited under FAR Part 15 and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of 2009-APR-29. Hard copies are NOT available. This solicitation is expected to result in Firm Fixed Price Contract. FOB Destination.. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
