- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 10 Medical Centers, Chillicothe, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, OH, 45601, Cincinnati, 3200 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45220, Cleveland, 10701 East Blvd. Cleveland, OH 44106, Columbus, 420 North James Rd, Columbus, OH 43219, and Dayton, 4100 W 3rd St, Dayton, OH 45428 has a requirement for performing preventative maintenance for PowerScribe equipment and software. VA-250-09-RQ-0138 will be issued on or about March 25, 2009 with a closing date on or about March 30, 2009. This requirement is unrestricted, full and open. The North American Industrial code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811213, size standard $7.0M per annum. The contractor will provide the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision for performing the maintenance on the PowerScribe equipment and software for the VISN 10 Medical Centers: Chillicothe, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton.
