RECOVERY - THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY IMPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE FOR THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. 45 CONS/LGCA has a requirement to repair and repave Rescue Road at Patrick AFB FL. Project No. SXHT 07-1037P1. Period of performance 90 calendar days after date of award. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. The government intends to issue a single delivery order to the IDIQ contract holder. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR COMPETITIVELY AWARDED IDIQ CONTRACT No. FA2521-06-D-0004, PAVING, MAINTAIN STREET/PARKING, CAPE CANAVERAL AFB AND PATRICK AFB FL.
