- The Department of Veterans Affairs Mid Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to negotiate a sole source commercial services firm-fixed price contract with Turn Key Technologies, Inc. 2500 Main St., Extension Suite 10, Sayreville, NJ 08872 for one-year maintenance services of an in-house pocket paging system (including, but not limited to parts, material, tools, etc.) with the option to extend four (4) option years. The system consists of a Multi-tone 3000/5000 paging terminal with the following components: enhanced master encoder, C3CB & C3EJ, with management terminal equipped for 5000 user capability; telephone trunks, telephone interface with system voice prompts; three-port computer interface card; PT4F 250W transmitter, transmitter interface; input/output block; APC Back-UPS; local control units and wide area dial out module. The NAICS code is 811213 and applies to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; it is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
