- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER W912HN-07-D-0045. This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a Request for Proposal Development. It is the intent of the Government to award a Task Order on an existing A-E Indefinite Delivery Contract. The task order is firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 5 41310; size standard $4.5 million. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of development of a Design-Build Request for Proposal (RFP) to construct the following: Single-story structural steel frame with reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, structural frame, CMU walls, brick exterior, finish system accents, standing seam metal roof. Facility includes pickup/drop-off area, outdoor play area, parking, access road, site preparation, and all other support necessary to provide a complete and useful Child Development Center (CDC) at Moody Air Force Base. Demolishes Building 104 (476 SM). Facility will comply with DOD force protection requirements per unified facilities criteria. The RFP will be developed using the "standard" CDC RFP developed for AFCEE by Burns & McDonald for the Mobile USACE district. This standard will be updated with all site specific information for Moody AFB.
