Description

Addendum B Ready to Use Intaglio Ink Cleaner RFQ Document. RFQ-09-0112. Addendum A. BEP Specification for Intaglio Ink Cleaner. Dated June 20, 2008. Addendum C Addendum D The Department of the Treasury's (DOT) Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for Ready to Use Intaglio Ink Cleaner. This is a 100% small business set aside. This acquisition will be made under FAR part 12. The cleaner will be used in the removal of wet and dried intaglio inks from the BEP's currency printing presses and the associated ancillary equipment and parts. The ready to use cleaner shall not contain volatile organic compounds (VOC), regulated or unregulated, greater then 1%. The specification No. C:INTLV-2 dated June 20, 2008 can be found as an attachment to this notice. The BEP intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. There will be one (1) base year of a twelve (12) month period and four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each. Submission, samples and quote, must be received on or before April 21, 2009 2PM EST per the written instructions.
