- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Replace Concrete Floating Dock at USCG Station Hatteras Inlet, NC. Major work items include: Remove and dispose of the existing concrete floating docks and steel pipe guide piles, reinstall aluminum ramp, provide, (2) new 120 volt, 100 ampere electrical shore ties, (2) new 120 volt duplex receptacles, associated stanchions, and provide new associated wiring conduit and electrical breakers. This procurement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is Total HubZone Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $33.5M. Completion of contract performance is 90 Days after Notice to Proceed Submittals (DANTP). All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS. Tentative date for posting of solicitation is 10 April 2009. Bid opening will tentatively take place on 25 May 2009. OFFICAL DUE DATE FOR BIDS WILL BE ESTABLISHED UPON ISSUANCE OF THE INVITATION FOR BID. When available, all relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively form the Internet by accessing the Government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at https://www.fbo.gov. Interested parties are encouraged to utilized the Register to Receive Notification function at the FedBizopps website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website. NOTE: The Coast Guard now distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP) portion of the solicitation through the FedBizOpps website. In order to obtain the TDP portion of the solicitation, the contractor will be required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and have a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
