Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH A SOLE SOURCE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) WITH GREAT WOLF LODGE IN THE GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AREA LOCATION FOR FAMILY RETREAT REQUIREMENTS. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 721110. Directorate of Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement for family retreats in support of Chaplain Reintegration requirements for soldiers and families returning from deployments in a Combat Zone. The location for the retreats is required to be within a four-hour driving distance to accommodate families with small children to participate for the weekend. This proposed contract action furnishes lodging, restaurants, and a complete indoor water park in the same location, which will facilitate parental training, family bonding and entertainment for all attendees. Soldiers returning from deployment have a reintegration training timeline that must be met and training requirements occur throughout the year. This indoor water park also provides childcare and activities for families and children that are indoor, to accommodate inclement weather. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. All notifications received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to issue agreements outside the four-hour driving distance, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. For more information email Lisa G. Slagle, Contracting Officer, lisa.g.slagle@conus.army.mil, or Mae L. Snyder, Contract Specialist, mae.l.snyder@conus.army.mil.
