Description

THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION ADVERTISEMENT: An immediate need exists for leased space of a single tenant, one story building preferred, at a maximum of 2,500 square feet of contiguous office space; with accommodations to provide or construct interior restrooms for employees, separate restrooms for the public, interior and exterior circulation space, vehicle dedicated parking for 20 to 25 vehicles, walking and driving access for the public, located in San Luis, Arizona. The area of interest is defined as a facility that is in San Luis AZ within walking distance from the San Luis Port of Entry. The preference is for an office facility with modern utilities. The property should be available for occupancy on/about June 2009. The lease term shall be firm for one year, with multiple one year renewal options. The Government’s future improvements to the facility may include, but are not limited to, tenant improvements, installing secured window treatment, interior furnishings, erecting lights and/or light poles, security systems, and facility security improvements required by regulation.
