Description

NON-PERSONAL SERVICES SOLICITATION SAQMMA-09-R-0008 ******THIS EFFORT IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED****** The Contractor shall provide the non-personal services of individuals in the categories cited within this soliciation and with the knowledge and skills as detailed in the line items that begin in Section “B” and with the knowledge and skills as detailed in the line items beginning in Section “C.11”. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision and labor, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all non-personal services described herein. The Contractor shall also provide a “project manager” to manage and assure quality without direct charge to this contract in accordance with section C.11.1C, to ensure compliance with the above and to be the prime contact between the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative and the Contractor.
