Description

The 96 Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a digital image correlation system to Trilion Quality Systems, 200 Barr Harbor Drive, Suite 400 West Conshohocken, PA 19428 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 2 April 2009. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (1 each) Digital Image Correlation Analysis System; must integrate with a Phantom 7.3 camera. These items are to be delivered to Air Force Research Laboratory/MNO, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 FOB Destination. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334516, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
