- Solicitation IQC09083009009 will contain one NSN6620-01-339-1227 for a Thermostat, Flow, End Item Application/ Weapon System: Various Aircrafts. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Approved sources of supply are: Penn Detroit Diesel, CAGE 62860, P/N 23503825; MTU Detroit Diesel, CAGE 72582, P/N 23503825; Oshkosh Corporation, CAGE 45152, P/N 2GA417. Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 3984 each; each Option Year EAQ: 3984 each. : Base Year MAQ: 7968 each, each Option Year MAQ: 7968 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination; Delivery Schedule 30 DARO. Surge coverage for a quantity of 195 each is required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is estimated at April 14, 2009. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the Offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
