The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source contract to Consumer Education Video, 1020 SE Loop 289, Lubbock, TX, 36118, for the following items: CLIN 0001 - CEV Multimedia's "Money Matters" Video (DVD) #D0714, 200 EA. CLIN 0002 - CEV Multimedia's "Credit You're in Charge" Video (DVD) #D071x, 200 EA. This potential sole source contract to Consumer Education Video will be for a 200 Copies of each clin and 4, option years for 200 copies of each CLIN. If there are any other businesses that can provide the items requested above, they must respond in writing with evidence that they can provide the exact quantities and titles listed above as soon as possible, but not later than 1300, central daylight savings time 6 Apr 2009.
