- Statement of Work dated 13 March 2009. Wage Determination 2005-2139, Revision #5 dated 05/29/2009. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote No. FA8501-09-Q-0011. This acquisition will be solicited as a sole source acquisition. NAICS Code: 561740 Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: CARPET CLEANING OF BUILDINGS 210, 211, 220 13 March 2009 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform carpet cleaning for buildings 210, 211, and 220. The square footage of area to be serviced is approximately 155,933. Services will be performed weekdays after 3:30 PM EST. 2. Contractor shall clean the entire carpet so that after cleaning, carpet is free of all visible dirt, grime, soil and removable spots and stains. Easily movable objects, fixtures, furniture and equipment shall be moved to clean carpet and returned to the original location. 3. Services are for a one time cleaning.
