Item Description is in accordance with Sikorsky CAGE 78286, P/N 70651-02710-102. Approved Source of Supply: Eaton Corp CAGE 99643, P/N 57940. This solicitation will be unrestricted, Other than full and open competition, under statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The intended source of supply is Eaton CAGE 99643. Item is configuration controlled, source controlled and export controlled. Terms are as follows: Delivery 165 DARO FOB Destination Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Higher level inspection applies. PRLI 0001, Qty 184 each, shipment to New Cumberland PA 17070 A technical Data package is not available at DSCR Electronic offers are not acceptable.
