- A solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 5995-01-461-7545, a Cable Assembly, Printed, Flexible, P/N A3266378-1. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a source controlled item with two approved sources of supply: DCX-Chol Enterprise CAGE 27456 and ITT Corporation CAGE 31550. The Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year EAQ: 1,356 each; Option Year EAQ: 1,356 each. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination; Delivery 133 days ARO. Configuration Control applies. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 13, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
