- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE 6X6X12 which was posted on March 09, 2009. You are notified that thefollowing changes are made: Responders must address each numbered requirement in the attached document,Specifications Electrical Enclosures 6X6X12, which has been provided in a Word format foruse in responding to the RFI. Technical drawings, product specifications and test datato validate the information should be provided in the response along with a ROM for eacharticle. Responses must include the following: name and address of firm, size ofbusiness; whether they are large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, and/orwoman-owned; number of years in business; list of customers covering the past five years(highlight relevant work performed), and point of contact - address and phone number.The due date for responses is extended through Friday, April 4, 2009.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/KSC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://nais.msfc.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=76 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
