- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE NOTICE/ SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. THISIS NOT A SOLICITATION. The purpose of this synopsis is to identify other qualified sources. The Cryptologic Systems Group, Lackland AFB, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of Forward Thinking Flexible Test Tools, (See Attachment 1 for details). This is the only hardware software and technical support capable of meeting troubleshooting and protocol analysis requirements for aircraft electronic key requirements.
