- The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor to include management, supervision, inspection, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles required to clean various parks in the Pine Bluff Areas to include St Marie, Trulock, Rising Star, Sheppard Island, and Huffs Island. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with cleanup and solid waste removal services within the area of responsibility as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General and Technical Provisions, Maps, Drawings, Attachments, Appendices, Exhibits, etc., contained in the specifications. F.O.B. Destination, Pine Bluff Arkansas 71601 to be issued o/a 13 April 2009 with closing a/o 13 May 2009. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside - NAICS CODE 561720/16.5M. Any contract awarded as a result of Solicitation W9127S 09-B-0016 will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
