Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all pland, labor materials and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of approximately 150,000 cubic yards of dredged material in strict accordance with the plans and specs. NAICS code is 237990. Small Business, Set Aside. Subject to Availability of finds. Estimated price is betwee $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A Bid Guarantee shall be submitted with the bid in order to be considered responsive. The amount of the guarantee shall be 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less.
