- The United States Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) Solicitation W91WAW-09-R-0035 to procure on-site Contracting and Administrative Support Services for the CCE is a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The expected release date for the pending solicitation, Solicitation W91WAW-09-R-0035 is approximately 10 April 2009. The Government anticipates a single Labor Hours contract award.
