- The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region has a requirement to furnish yellow plastic NOVELTY hats for Hoover Dam. They should be Adult-sized plastic hats that resemble hard hats. They will contain 2 stickers or imprints. One sticker/imprint will be Reclamation's seal (approx 2 1/2" x 1") on the front of hat and the other with the words "Hoover Dam" in black Arial font (approx 2 3/4") on the back of hat. All imprinting for logos must follow the Reclamation Seal, Logotype, and Tagline Guidelines as described at the following site using the following information: www.usbr.gov/vip User name: Reclamation Password: Website1 (both are case sensitive) The hats will be shipped to the Hoover Dam warehouse. The Hoover Dam warehouse is located approximately 7 miles northwest of Boulder City, Nevada and 32 miles southeast of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 453220 Gift, Novelty, and Souvenir Stores. The small business size standard is $7.0M. The solicitation, in the form of an RFQ will be issued on or about April 3, 2009 with offers due ten (10) days after. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The solicitation will only be issued electronically via www.FedBizOpps.gov (FBO). Offerors should register at FBO to be included on the offeror list in order to receive notifications pertaining to the solicitation, or visit the FBO website after issuance to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. Offerors are required to have a current registration on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for contract award. Offerors may register on CCR at http://www.ccr.gov.
