- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A Request For Quotes (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: M6220409T8102. Please include this Solicitation number on your RFQ. FSC: 2230. SIC: 5088. NAICS: 488210. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The small business size standard for NAICS 488210 is $7.0 mil. MCLB Barstow, CA 92311, desires to purchase Rail support equipment.. A firm-fixed-price purchase order is the anticipated result of this effort. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple, or no awards resulting from this solicitation. CLIN 0001: Four (4) Clamp on sign holders with blue signs; CLIN 0002: Four (4) Clamp on sign holders with red signs; CLIN 0003: Six (6) Shovels, track, square, long handle; CLIN 0004: Six (6) Shovels, track, round long handle; CLIN 0005: Six (6) Shovels, trench, long handle; CLIN 0006: Five (5) Spike mauls; CLIN 0007: Six (6) Tamping Bars; CLIN 0008: Three (3) Claw Bars, 5 ft lg; 7/8" opening; CLIN 0009: One (1) Track gage; CLIN 0010: Four (4) Rail punch with handle; CLIN 0011: Four (4) Drift pins with handles; CLIN 0012: Two Hundred (200) Tie plate double shoulder with a 5 inch base; CLIN 0013: Ten (10) Gage rod - doubled ended; CLIN 0014: Fifteen (15) #115 relay Rail x 39 ft; CLIN 0015: Fifteen (15) #100 relay rail x 33 ft. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following provisions and clauses (current through FAC 2005-28 effective 12 Dec 08) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.204-7 - CCR, FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors, FAR 52.212-4 - Terms and Condition - Commercial, FAR 52.225-13 - Restrictions on Foreign Purchase, FAR 52.233-1 - Disputes, FAR 52.233-3 - Protest after Award, FAR 52.247-34 - FOB Destination, FAR 52.212-5 Dev - Statutes/Exec Orders, FAR 52.252-2 - Clauses Incorporated by Reference, 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, DFARS 252.232-7003 - Electronic Submission of Payment Requests, Offers will be evaluated using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures outlined in FAR Part 13. Price quote will be analyzed for reasonableness and completeness. The offeror must show all proposed unit prices and extended amounts on its quote. Contractor must curre! ntly be registered in CCR to be eligible for award. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Cage Code; Duns Number; Taxpayer I.D. No.; Point of Contact; Phone, Fax, and Email; and the number of days required to deliver after receipt of order (ARO).
