- THE W.G. (BILL) HEFNER VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER, Salisbury, North Carolina (VAMC Salisbury) has a need for Financial Management Consultant Study Services. The consultant shall have significant management experience at a highly responsible level in a comparable healthcare environment, demonstrating health system administrative skills. The consultant shall provide guidance and professional advice to the leadership staff. It is the VA's intent to solicit offers and award one contract on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 541611. Size standard is $7 million. Contract period will be six months from the date of award with one twelve-month renewable option period. Solicitation packages will be available on or about April 1, 2009. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at: www.fedbizopps.gov. This procurement is a 100% Totally Veteran-owned Small Business set-aside.
