Description

This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure the following network equipment: 1) LPS-OC4804; OC-48 (SR-1, LC) LS1600 ONLY; (QTY: 4 EACH) 2) LPS-PQI301; 12 PORT DS3 ELECTRICAL INTERFACE BOARD; (QTY: 2 EACH) 3) VI-24-PTY; BNC BLKHD PNL 2RU 2x12 P/W; (QTY: 2 EACH) 4) LPS-PQT3A01H; 12 PORT DS3/STS-1 MAPPER U (QTY: 2 EACH) 5) DS-3 MPOP-FA-23; CHAS DS3 FA 0/4 POS 23" PW; (QTY: 12 EACH) 6) DS-3 MPOP-FAM; MOD DS-3 MID-BNC FA; (QTY: 48 EACH) This is an "all" or "none" request for offers. The FAR provision at 52.212-1 pertains, as well as, FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.11-7003 pertains. Offers will be accepted via e-mail prior to 4:30 pm EST on 06 April 2009.
