- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC/IHD) intends to increase the value of contract N00174-08-C-0016 with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) on the basis of Other Than Full and OpenCompetition IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. NSWC/IHD has been tasked to assist the McAlister Army Ammunition Plant (MCAPP) to meet immediate requirements for the munitions residue inspection for the 155 mm projectile autoclave demilitarization run.
