Description

The US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Manilla, IN for the Rush/Shelby County Office is interested in leasing 5,250 rentable square feet of space and 65 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 4,774 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. The lease term requirement is for 10 year term. The space must be available for occupancy April 1, 2010. The delineated area is within an area bounded on the North by 200 South; on the East by 800 West; on the South by 400 South; on the West by Rush County Line West.
