- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is an Invitation for Bid (IFB - W9124C-09-B-0012) for the sale of brass (ammo casings). A copy of the IFB can be obtained through an email request to lynette.e.guice@conus.army.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted. Bids are due in this office no later that 9:00 AM April, 8, 2009.
