L/I 0001 - 3 Year Requirement Contract, Best Estimated Quantity of 24 each. The required delivery for first order - 8 months after receipt of order. Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length (IN) 15.5, Width (IN) 6, Height (IN) 7.75, Weight (LB) 12. Item Material: Metal Case assembly consisting of circuit cards, electrical connectors, resistors, capacitors, rectifiers, diodes, and transistors. Item Function: Regulates the output voltage of the AC system by isolating or de-energizing the system if performance is outside of systems limits. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
