- This project consists of performing the following items, but is not limited to these items alone: (1) Remove three (3) truck levelers at doors 118, 119, and 210, dispose of truck lift docks, cylinders, power units, hydraulic tanks, concrete slab, wall and curb angles; (2) Replace one (1) truck leveler at door 208, install new drain pipe and attachment to the existing drainage system, replace the damages concrete and curve angles; (3) Fill the leveler pits with the structural backfill, provide reinforced concrete pavement with applicable joints and traffic zone line paint; and (4) Remove all electrical wiring, controls and conduit back to panel serving truck levelers at doors 118, 119, and 210, existing breakers to remain. Provide new branch circuit sized for 40HP motor and new disconnect switch serving truck leveler at door 208. All work shall be performed complete and in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
