- Dozer Operator - Base Year and 4 Optional years Requirements, IDIQ contract for an experienced bulldozer operator to perform fire line construction on prescribed fire units, road repairs and decommissioning, snow plowing, and other duties. This contract has two separate bid items. Item 1 is for an operator using a Forest Service owned bulldozer, specifically a Caterpillar D4 or D5. Bid Item 2 includes operator, dozer and transport.       This project is set aside for emerging small business concerns. The solicitation for this project will only be made available through the Federal Business Opportunities website - www.fbo.gov
