- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN BOULDER CITY, NEVADA PROJECT NO. 8NV2066 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ office space in Boulder City, Nevada. The space offered must consist of approximately 24,725 rentable square feet yielding 21,500 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. DELINIATED AREA: The proposed space must be located within the city limits of Boulder City, Nevada. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Eighty (80) on-site surface, reserved and secured parking spaces are required. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years firm.
