- Full Text Clauses and Certifications STATEMENT OF WORK CLINs, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, PRICING AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is SCA090013627 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1- Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Subpart 13.5- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the annual maintenance and help desk (24 X 7) for ArcSight software and hardware to the lowest responsible, responsive, technically acceptable offeror. CLINs and pricing structure are in attachment (1). The statement of work resides at attachment (2) This acquisition is unrestricted and is under North American Industry Classification System code 541519, Other Computer Related Services. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and the Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration.
