- ISSUE DATE: 27 March 2009 CLOSING DATE: 09 April 2009 PRICE RANGE: Under $100,000 CONTRACTING POC: Diane Cianci, 918-669-7458 This solicitation will be used to retain the technical services required to provide training to Government personnel in the development and application of specific hydropower-related control and interface blocks using the Siemens PCS7 Distributed Control System (DCS) currently installed at the Fort Gibson Powerplant. The training will concentrate on the development of HMI display panels using WinCC-Flex software from Siemens in conjunction with the PCS7 software currently in service. Specifications will be available on or about March 27, 2009. NOTE: ALL TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING DATA RELATED TO THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE DISTRIBUTED USING THE FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES SITE (http://www.fbo.gov).
