Description

DESCRIPTION: PR 0021620836, 5996-00-619-3378. Amplifier, Electronic Control with an approved source(s): Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing (45934) for Part Number 965-3012-005 & Honeywell International (97896 for Part Number B465-1-1. Based on market research this item is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 13.5. The requirement is for 30 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U) within 90 days. FOB destination and inspection and acceptance at destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFQ and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of March 30, 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications are not available. Various increments solicited: from 15 ea to 29 ea; from 30 ea to 44 ea; from 45 ea to 59 ea; from 60 ea to 75 ea. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing (45934) for Part Number 965-3012-005 & Honeywell International (97896 for Part Number B465-1-1. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
