Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Riverside, CA The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 16,908 rentable square feet (yielding a minimum of 14,703 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet) in Riverside, CA within the following delineated area: North – Alamo Street South – 60 Pomona Freeway East – 215 Riverside Freeway West – Rivera Street The proposed lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm, and shall be fully serviced. A single tenant or multi-tenant facility is acceptable; space must be located on the second floor or above. Available space must be contiguous and the location must provide eight (8) on-site, secured parking spaces for the tenant. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Fire Protection and Life Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) requirements. Any proposals submitted by brokers/ agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Sub-Leases are unacceptable. The space must be available for occupancy no later than May 1, 2010. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: - Building name/ address - Location of space in the building and date it will be available - Drawing of space offered and of the 1st floor - Rentable square feet offered - Common Area Factor used to determine (RSF) - Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact If you have space that meets or exceeds these requirements, please contact Alejandra Guzman at 213-894-5828.
