- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies, and is seeking interest for 4,285 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet (approximately 5,372 rentable square feet) of office and related space along with on-site parking for 10 vehicles. The office shall be first class office space and be located in a new or modern office building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Government will consider relocation only if a move is economically advantageous and will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by December 15, 2009. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. AMOUNT: Approximately 5,372 rentable square feet of office and related space that yields a minimum of 4,285 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. A minimum of 10 reserved parking spaces shall be available for personnel and visitors. LOCATION: Offered space must be within the City Limits of N. Platte, NE. REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. Amenities of retail shops, banks, and restaurants shall be available within 2 miles from the building. The building shall provide on-site parking for 10 vehicles for employees and visitors. TERM: The lease shall be for a term of five (5) years, two (2) year firm term.
