Q75: We are preparing our proposal response to Solicitation HSCG38-09-R-410022 which is currently set to close Friday, April 3rd and we respectfully request a two week extension. A75: See response to question Q76. Q76: Vendors having problems getting OEM drawings. Can proposal due date be extended? A76: Proposal due date is extended to April 17, 2009 NLT 3 pm EST. The CG does not intend to extend further. Q77: Per ADDENDA K please clarify reference to paragraph (j) of the provision. Please provide this provision if applicable. A77: Addenda K – FAR 52.212-3 (Sep 2006) is hereby updated to FAR 52.212-3 (Feb 2009). Please comply with this more current clause. Q78: FAR 52.212-5 is only referenced; the applicable clauses are not checked off. Would the government consider extending the bid due date to allow bidders to properly incorporate the provisions of FAR 52.212-5? A78: The clauses applicable to FAR 52.212-5 are included in the list of clauses referenced in the synopsis posted on February 10, 2009. There are several more questions/answers to be provided later this week.
