Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT869050A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-31 19 Mar 09, Defense DCN 20090115, and AFAC 2009-0318 18 Mar 09 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330. The business size standard is $14M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7220. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1752. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order to remove, replace, and install carpet in accordance with the Statement of Work (attached). CLIN 0001 Carpet Tiles CLIN 0002 Modular Carpet Adhesive CLIN 0003 Remove Existing Carpet CLIN 0004 Installation of Modular Carpet CLIN 0005 Furbish and Install 4 in. Rubber Cove base CLIN 0006 Upgrade Installation Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1: The item has to match the existing carpet SHAW 31-303 CARPET TILE #59469 Reflections IV EWSQ (Antron 6,6,) COLOR #69990/aurora to match existing carpet type, style and color. 2. Must match ROPPE 4" COVE BASE COLOR # 187 Blue 3. Vertical Installation Technology (VIT) lift systems or equal shall be used to prevent any disassembly/assembly of modular furniture. 4. Price.
